JH Willis & Son are a fully licensed waste management company and have an Environment Agency waste permit to accept non-hazardous wastes.
Our other accreditations and licenses include:
- Waste storage permit
- Mobile plant permit – for spreading waste to land
- CPCS certified
- Licensed waste carrier
Large capacity vehicles for liquid waste collection
Our large HGV articulated wagons can carry up to 26,000 litres of non-hazardous waste, including liquid waste.
All waste is transported to our farm in Cheshire and stored in our storage lagoons.
The waste is then applied to land at a later date in relation to the crop rotation.

However, we are happy to take on industrial waste management jobs from clients throughout the country.
On-site hire work
Although our core business is waste collection and removal, depending on client needs we can alternatively be used for on-site hire work.
